1. General terms and conditions

IKH.se is a marketplace operated by IKH Oy, Finland (business ID 03988747), where the vendor of goods is either IKH Oy or an authorized IKH dealer (hereinafter referred to as the “Vendor”) who operates as an entrepreneur. With regard to each order, the name and contact details of the Vendor shall be indicated on the order confirmation. The following terms and conditions apply to the trade agreement between the Vendor and the Vendor's customers.

The Vendor reserves the right to change these terms and conditions unilaterally without prior notice. Orders are subject to the contractual terms and conditions in force at the time of the order, which the customer accepts when placing the order.

The Vendor is not liable for damage caused by force majeure. Force majeure is considered to be unforeseeable events or changes in circumstances beyond the Vendor's control and which the Vendor cannot reasonably overcome. The Vendor is obliged to notify the customer as soon as possible of any force majeure affecting the Vendor.

2. Customer

The Vendor sells products and services to person of age (hereinafter referred to as consumers) and, with the consent of a guardian, also to persons under the age of 18 (business-to-consumer sales) within Sweden's borders. Business-to-consumer sales complies with the applicable Swedish and EU consumer protection legislation. These terms and conditions do not apply to the extent that they limit the consumer's rights as determined by mandatory legislation.

The estimated delivery times are based on information provided by importers and manufacturers. The Vendor or the suppliers used by the Vendor are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseeable changes beyond their control. A binding trade agreement enters into force when the customer has received an order confirmation from the system.

By submitting the details the customer registers to IKH Online Store's customer database and the details will be used in accordance with the register description. The customer is obliged to check the contents of the delivery within 14 days and to read the product's instructions and conditions of use before using it.
