Depending on the weight and size of your order, different delivery options are displayed in the shopping cart. You will receive a tracking code by email which you can use to track the transportation of the shipment.
On average, the order is processed within 1-2 working days after the automatic order confirmation has been sent. Transportation time is usually 5-7 business days.
PostNord Service point or Parcel locker (MyPack Collect)

Your parcel will be delivered to a PostNord service point. You will be notified via the app, text message or email when the parcel is available for collection. The person picking up the shipment must present valid identification and notification of arrival.
PostNord Home delivery (MyPack Home)
- carbon offset home delivery on weekdays between 8:00 – 21:00 at the delivery time of your choice (in the biggest cities, evening deliveries are possible)
- manage your delivery in the PostNord app
PostNord delivers the parcel to your door at an agreed time on weekdays between 8:00 – 21:00 depending on the delivery area. You will be notified of an upcoming delivery via the app, text message or email. You can change the delivery time or give permission to leave the delivery at your door if you are not at home at the time of delivery via the link in the notification. You can also fill in additional information, such as the door code, or change the home delivery to a Service point pick-up.
DHL Parcel (business customers)
You must be present to receive the shipment. If you cannot be there, you can collect the goods at the nearest DHL terminal.
Home delivery, large shipments
The parcel is delivered as a pallet shipment to the specified address on weekdays between 8:00 – 16:00. If the addressee cannot be reached, the parcel can be collected from the recipient's nearest DHL service point.
