Instructions:

- Slip the cutter onto the exhaust pipe and turn the handle clockwise to tighten the jaws

- Pull the handle out and down in one action to engage the ratchet and start cutting

- After one full revolution, rotate the handle 1/4 turn clockwise

- Repeat this after each full revolution until the pipe is cut
